According to Jake Fischer, Kevin Love is looking to go to one of the glamour markets in the NBA. You can listen to him talk about it here.
When the Utah Jazz were able to send John Collins to the Los Angeles Clippers, they were able to make the trade happen by taking on Kevin Love, along with Kyle Anderson and a second-round pick.
But it looks like Kevin Love is hoping to be somewhere like LA or New York. Fischer says in his Bleacher Report video to “think New York or Los Angeles.”
It’s interesting
that the Utah Jazz haven’t bought out Love yet, which does make you think that there may be some sort of trade possibility at some point. Utah doesn’t have to release Kevin Love unless it suits their needs. Considering the Los Angeles Lakers are in need of bigs, it makes sense to hold onto Love until they receive something in return. Considering the LeBron James connection, it could be possible.
