this is going to be a short recap. We’re all caught up in the Jhoan Duran excitement.
The team blew a solid Taijuan Walker start by having the bullpen, Max Lazar in particular, blow a game that was there for the taking. The offense went into hiding, showing that another bat would probably be a useful fit
But if ever you needed a reason why the Phillies gave up a decent package for Duran,
It’s pretty obvious.
