Storm welcomes another taste of Moné, but Athena is next on the menu

For her first appearance on AEW Dynamite since retaining the Women’s World title in a highly-anticipated thriller with Mercedes Moné at All In Texas, tonight (July 16) Timeless Toni Storm addressed the world from a balcony at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom.

Storm opened with enough cheeky rhymes to fill a book of limericks, then addressed TBS champion Moné. She thanked Mercedes for “going All In” with her, and that she was “delicious” when she ate her alive as promised. If The CEO wants seconds, Toni’s

The Timeless One then pointed her tits toward the future, which was when Ring of Honor Women’s champ and All In Texas Casino Gauntlet winner Athena popped up on a big screen with her minion, Billie Starkz.

Athena made it sound like her contract could still be used at any moment, teasing that she might use it in Chicago, or when AEW heads to London for Forbidden Door later next month. The ROH “Forever champ” told Storm she wouldn’t get a happy ending this time, because her demise is upon her.

That would be a heck of choice to end Storm’s record-setting fourth title reign. But if Mercedes couldn’t do it, can Athena?

We’ll start to get a better idea next Wednesday when The Timeless One goes one-on-one with Starks on Dynamite.
