Welcome to Day 4 of Denver Broncos camp. The big news out of yesterday was the four-year, $92 million extension for Courtland Sutton. Without the full details just yet, we can surmise a bit from the guaranteed money involved. At $41 million guaranteed, it could be a two or three year deal with one or two void years at the end. That seems to be how some teams are handling salary cap over bigger contracts.
As for training camp, Bo Nix has been finding connection with Evan Engram and there was some good
reports about rookie Caleb Lohner. A strong tight end room would be a huge plus for the offense this year.
We’ll be tracking the days events and posting any interesting tidbits in this post today. Stay tuned at the end of each practice session as Scotty Payne will be publishing all of the news and notes from the Day 4 later this afternoon.
