Bayern Munich’s signing of Luis Díaz sees yet another former Premier League star join the Bavarians, following Michael Olise, João Palhinha and Harry Kane in previous years. The latter of the trio spoke up about the big move, expressing his excitement.
“I’m really excited to play with Luis. He’s a fantastic player who obviously showed his quality in the Premier League - a really dangerous player with great end product as well,” Kane praised, as captured by @iMiaSanMia. “It’s great to have him in the squad.
I hope he settles in and we’ll do our best to help him settle in as best as we can. Hopefully he’ll hit the ground running because we know what a fantastic player he is.”
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker will be happy to have some more attacking reinforcements in the squad, following the departure of Leroy Sané, Thomas Müller and Mathys Tel.
