Tuesday Headlines: La Familia vs. Eberlein Drive

The Basketball Tournament resumes play tonight in Lexington, where La Familia — the Kentucky Wildcats alumni team — will take on Eberlein Drive at Memorial Coliseum for the right to move on from the Sweet 16 into the Elite Eight.

La Familia avoided a potential upset by War Ready on Sunday despite blowing a 14-point halftime lead. They clinched the victory with an Archie Goodwin and-1 bucket that pushed his team over the 79-point mark.

Tonight, La Familia is scheduled to tip-off against Eberlein Drive

at 6 PM ET in the first of five total TBT games. Eberlein Drive’s roster consists of quality pro basketball players who compete outside of the NBA.

Nothing will come easy for La Familia or any other team as everyone is tested more and more with each game that passes by.
