Real Madrid have set their sights on Liverpool
defender Ibrahima Konaté, with the French international reportedly prepared to join the Spanish giants as soon as Liverpool give the green light. Konaté is seen as a major upgrade for Madrid’s back line and an ideal partner for rising talent Dean Huijsen. Despite having Antonio Rüdiger, Éder Militão, and David Alaba, new coach Xabi Alonso is keen to improve his defense.
