Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham will undergo shoulder surgery in London this Wednesday and is targeting a return in October, sources told Managing Madrid. Bellingham dislocated his shoulder in November, 2023 and has been playing through pain and discomfort ever since. Onda Cero first reported the date for Bellingham’s procedure earlier today.

Bellingham will need to spend around three months away from the field while he recovers from this surgery, but he will be expected to make a full recovery and play without any kind of limitation when he completes the rehab process.
Real Madrid will take on Barcelona in the first El Clasico of the 2025-26 season on October 26th, so Bellingham could be available then even if he will likely need some time to improve his fitness and conditioning before he can feature in the team’s starting lineup in such a crucial and intense game like El Clasico.
