It’s been a busy week for the Seattle Seahawks, with veterans reporting for training camp and something resembling actual football right around the corner for the first time in months.
However, while Mike Macdonald and crew are preparing for the 2025 season in training camp, former Seahawks and Denver Broncos tight end Noah Fant is preparing for the 2025 season by looking for a new home. Fant was, as most fans are aware, released by Seattle ahead of the start of training camp this week, opening up
the competition at tight end and freeing up a not insignificant amount of cap space.
And, now, the free agent tour has begun for Fant, with a stop by the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday and a visit with the New Orleans Saints scheduled for Friday, according to a report from Jordan Schultz.

His visit in Cincinnati was described as “positive,” and both sides plan to stay in touch — but Fant is continuing to explore a multitude of options. https://t.co/YGTU66le4k pic.twitter.com/C8OPgVu7dK
So, after Seattle pilfered a decent portion of the Saints offensive coaching staff earlier in the offseason, hiring offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, run game coordinator Rick Dennison and offensive line coach John Benton, it could be the Saints turn to hire a former member of the Seahawks organization.
