WWE kicked off tonight’s (July 25) episode of SmackDown with a 10-bell salute for the legendary Hulk Hogan, who died on Thursday morning from cardiac arrest at 71 years old.
The live fans in the arena cheered and chanted Hogan’s name, with some of them holding up related merchandise, action figures, and signs in memory of the Hulkster.
Triple H briefly spoke about Hogan before the 10-bell salute, surrounded by many of today’s stars, as well as some of Hogan’s contemporaries (like Ted DiBiase, Sgt.
Slaughter, and Jimmy Hart), as they paid respect to perhaps the most famous pro wrestler of all-time.
