As anticipated, Bayern Munich legend Thomas Müller is continuing on in his career and will not retire. Muller addressed the rumors with ZDF (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).

“I still have the desire to play football and have therefore decided to continue. I will continue to be a footballer. I love the football stage and the pressure to perform. As long as my body can handle it, I want to take advantage of the opportunity,” Müller said. “Even though I’ll no longer be in Europe or playing for the Champions

League – I’m starting to get excited. I’m aware that when you leave FC Bayern, the conditions are different, but I’m looking forward to that, too.”

As far as a move to MLS goes, Müller did not deny the mutual interest.

“Of course I’ve been thinking about these topics and thinking outside the box. The MLS is certainly an interesting league – especially with the World Cup in America next year,” said Müller.

So much is going on in the land of Bayern Munich these days....Thomas Müller looks like he is headed to LAFC, but there could be bigger issues than that loss of personnel in Bavaria.
