Naomi couldn’t speak for more than a couple minutes as the new women’s world champion on Monday Night Raw in Birmingham, Alabama this week before she was interrupted by Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky. The two of them wanted the first shot at the champ after she cashed in her Money in the Bank contract to interrupt their classic main event match at Evolution 2 just one evening ago in Atlanta.

The new champ told the two to get in line, but it turns out they won’t have to. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce hit

the scene to congratulate all three for their respective performances at Evolution before making a big announcement.

SummerSlam will be a two-night extravaganza this year, scheduled for Sat., Aug. 2 & Sun., Aug. 3 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and that means needing to get some big matches booked right away. Pearce wasted no time making a triple threat for the women’s world championship without all the cash-in shenanigans attached to it.
