Happy day off one and all.
The Arizona Cardinals are on a break today before getting back at it, but something that has been a criticism of Jonathan Gannon has been a little bit of light practices and not enough juice going on.
That seems to be changing in his third training camp, as he seems to be pushing the players to a bigger and more physical pace this season.
As Gambo and Burns talked about.
What is Jonathan Gannon aiming to learn about his team going with back-to-back practices in pads? "The Red

A culture shift isn’t something that happens overnight, and it also takes time to implement but also to get the right people in the building so the players own the culture just as much as the coaching staff.
This is something that is tough to do in the NFL.
So, for Gannon, he has taken his time to work towards making things “harder”. He has seen who he can push, and who needs to be pushed out in order to get the right people in the building that allows them to go forward.
Now, will it work? That is to be seen, but for a franchise that has never had a foundation laid properly, remember even the Bruce Arians era was just a revolving door of veterans, it is nice to see them trying this.
