As the NBA Offseason continues to slow down, Golden State Warriors restricted free agent Jonathan Kuminga’s name continues to swirl in sign-and-trade rumors with the latest revolving the Phoenix Suns.
On NBA Today on Thursday, ESPN NBA Insider Shams Charania reported that the Valley, along with the Sacramento Kings, have made “concrete offers” and are two of the most “aggressive” teams attempting to acquire the NBA Champion.

Now not having to deal with restrictive second apron rules after they bought out Bradley Beal last week, the Suns have multiple avenues to construct a sign-and-trade for Kuminga to pay him in the $20-$30 million range he is reportedly looking for.
One player whom the Suns have reportedly offered the Warriors is Grayson Allen, who Golden State doesn’t have interest in, according to Clutch Points NBA Insider Brett Siegel.
Once again, nothing is new on the Jonathan Kuminga front.

Kings offer has not changed, and there is no movement on that front from the Warriors.
Suns offer was mainly Grayson Allen, who the Warriors don't have interest in due to his contract.
New words coming shortly.
Royce O’Neale and Nick Richards are also other names to monitor in a possible sign-and-trade for Kuminga due to their salaries and unclear roles on the team after Phoenix’s acquisitions this offseason.
Arizona Sports Insider John Gambadoro reports it would be “hard” for the Suns to get the 22-year-old but would not rule it out. Whether the Suns want him or not, Golden State will continue to be in the driver's seat for his services because he’s a restricted free agent, meaning the team will be able to match any offer he accepts with another team.

Additionally, Charania reported that Kuminga is in no rush to get a deal done, so the saga may run into the late months of the offseason. In 47 games last season, he averaged 15.3 points, 4.6 rebound,s and 2.2 assists on 45.4% from the field and 30.5% from deep. When the Warriors lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference Semifinals, he averaged 20.8 points per game, filling part of the offensive void the team lacked with Steph Curry out of the lineup.
