The BBN has been clamoring for throwback jerseys for the last few seasons, as teams across the country debut some retro uniforms.
One of the more popular suggestions from the Kentucky Wildcats fanbase has been for the denim uniforms from the 1996 season. Well, Converse is going to give fans an opportunity to return to that era.
According to SoleRetriever, Converse will be releasing the Denim UK sneakers as a tribute to their 30th anniversary. They will release next spring or summer.
Especially with
Mark Pope becoming the coach, the nostalgia for many in the BBN has returned to that era. Now, the former uniform brand of the Cats is diving right in and giving the fans what they want.
Now we need the denim uniforms.
