Bayern Munich winger Luis Díaz showed some discomfort at the end of the team’s 2-1 win over Olympique Lyon and fans started to worry about the status of their new star. Per Sky Germany (via @iMiaSanMia), though, there is no reason for concern:
Luis Díaz complained of knee pain after the final whistle yesterday, but it was just a minor scare. After a brief treatment, Lucho quickly gave a thumbs-up and was able to walk normally towards the tunnel.
That is a relief for many Bayern Munich fans, who might
have been sweating the status of Díaz after a strong debut. Díaz is expected to eventually take of the left-wing role and gave fans hope with his strong performance vs. Lyon.
