Anthony 'AJ' Lonon Jr., a senior at Clarke Central High School, has announced his commitment to the University of Georgia's football program. The announcement took place during a ceremony in the school's weight room, where Lonon chose Georgia over Georgia Tech. Despite initially lacking offers, Lonon sent his highlight film to 100 programs, eventually earning a four-star rating and multiple offers. As a junior, Lonon recorded 51 tackles, including 13 for loss, and 8 sacks. He becomes the 31st commitment for Georgia's 2026 class and the seventh defensive lineman. Lonon will join former teammates Khamari Brooks and Hezekiah Millender at Georgia.
