Elizabeth Price Foley, a distinguished attorney with expertise in constitutional and individual rights issues, has joined Holtzman Vogel as a Partner. Foley will be based in the firm's Miami and Washington offices, bringing her extensive experience in litigating cases related to government limits, administrative power, and federalism-based challenges. Prior to this, Foley worked at an AmLaw 100 firm and served as Executive Director of the Florida Chapter of the Institute for Justice. She is also a tenured law professor at Florida International University and has published three constitutional law books.
