regarding dividend payment along with its third quarter results. According to an exchange filing, the board of Hero MotoCorp has declared a huge dividend of Rs 110 per share. Accordingly, Rs 110 interim dividend translates into a payout of 5,500 per cent per share of Rs 2 face value. Rs 110 is also the highest-ever dividend amount announced by Hero MotoCorp so far, according to BSE data. "Interim Dividend @5,500%, i.e. Rs. 110 per equity share, having nominal value of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2025-26," Hero MotoCorp said in filing.

Hero MotoCorp Dividend 2026 Record Date


Hero MotoCorp has also fixed the record date and payment date for Rs 110 interim dividend payout. The company has fixed February 11 as record date and eligible shareholders will receive the payment by March 7.

"Accordingly, the Board has fixed February 11, 2026 as record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of interim dividend. The payment of dividend will be completed by March 7, 2026," Hero MotoCorp said.

Hero MotoCorp Dividend History, Yield


Hero MotoCorp has a dividend yield of more than 3 per cent. In CY2025, Hero MotoCorp had paid dividend twice to its investors -- Rs 100 in February and Rs 65 in July. In CY2024, the company had paid a special dividend of Rs 25, interim dividend of Rs 75 and a final dividend of Rs 40 .

Back in CY2023 and CY2022, Hero MotoCorp had rewarded its shareholder by distributing them Rs 100 and Rs 95, respectively, as dividend.

Hero MotoCorp is the country's largest two-wheeler maker. It is a constituent of BSE 100 index and commands a market capitalisation of more than Rs 1.15 lakh crore.

Hero MotoCorp Q3 Results


In Q3 FY2026, Hero MotoCorp had reported 15 per cent YoY increase in consolidated profit at Rs 1,275 crore. Its revenue from operations rose by more than 20 per cent YoY to Rs 12,487 crore. The company sold 16.97 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters in the third quarter.

Hero MotoCorp shares closed flat at Rs 5,755.20 on Monday. As per BSE analytics, Hero MotoCorp shares have yielded a return of 35 per cent in the last one year and 17 per cent in two years. The stock has more than doubled investors money three years, delivering a multibagger return of 124 per cent.
