Vicars graduated from West Aurora High School and became a registered nurse after completing her education at St. Francis Hospital Nursing School. She married Jack Charles Vicars in 1963 and is survived by her children, grandchildren, and siblings. Her funeral services are scheduled for August 22, 2025, at Lakeshore Mortuary in Mesa, Arizona.
