Defne Ozcan, a high school junior from Bursa, Türkiye, has been recognized by Time magazine as one of the 'Girls of the Year.' Ozcan, who is Türkiye's youngest female pilot candidate, completed her first solo flight at the age of 16 as part of her Ultralight Pilot License (UPL) training.
