New Program Empowers Women to Achieve High-Value Leadership

What's Happening?

Elaine Yuen Healer Inc. has launched ThriveConfidence Self-Mastery™, a 13-week coaching program designed to help high-achieving women over 30 overcome barriers to leadership. The program focuses on emotional mastery, intuitive empowerment, and holistic alignment to address the leadership gap. Despite women comprising 41.2% of the global workforce, they hold only 28.8% of senior leadership roles. The program aims to build confidence and resilience, enabling women to transition from survival mode to influential leadership positions.
