Built with 95 percent local labor, the resort employs over 300 full-time staff and plans to launch a foundation to fund education, infrastructure, and wellness initiatives in nearby communities. The resort features private beach access, overwater bungalows, and a garden-to-table culinary program led by Executive Chef Stiven Hernandez.
