Roxanne Joan 'Peachy' Caccitolo, a resident of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025, at the age of 77. She succumbed to a long battle with dementia, surrounded by her family. Born on November 9, 1947, in Chicago, she was the daughter of John and Rose Cyborowski. Roxanne was known for her love of animals, the outdoors, baking, arts and crafts, and crime shows. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Caccitolo, in 2009. Roxanne is survived by her four children and their spouses, as well as six grandchildren. A visitation is scheduled for August 10, 2025, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home in Oak Lawn, Illinois, followed by a Memorial Mass on August 11, 2025, at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church.
