Waters Jr. for 45 years. Judith was a cherished mother to Jacqueline, Jennifer, Jeanine, and James B. Waters III, and a grandmother to five grandchildren. She was also a former employee of Carson Pirie Scott & Co. and was actively involved with St. John Fisher, Mother McAuley, and Marist. Her visitation is scheduled for August 11, 2025, at the Andrew J. McGann and Son Funeral Home, with a funeral mass to follow on August 12 at St. John Fisher Church. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery. The family welcomes donations to the March of Dimes or St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her memory.
