The Secaucus Public Library recently concluded a series of workshops aimed at boosting self-confidence among children and teens. The program, titled 'Community Happiness and Self-Development,' was held throughout August and attracted 25 participants aged 10 to 16. Led by followers of MAAsterG, a self-help guru and spiritual life coach, the workshops focused on managing emotions, overcoming peer pressure, and setting future goals. Activities included interactive games and group discussions, providing a supportive environment for personal growth. Parents reported positive changes in their children's attitudes and coping skills.
