The office is located in the 'Signature by Lotus' building, as per the property registration documents examined by online real estate marketplace Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
Registered in September 2025, the transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹78 lakh and ₹30,000 registration fees. The RERA carpet area of the property is stated as 176.98 sq. m. (about 1,905 sq. ft.) while it has a built-up area of 194.67 sq. m. (2,095 sq. ft.). Additionally, the sale includes three parking spaces.
This latest real estate purchase adds to his growing portfolio of investments. Earlier this month, the actor made his first land purchase. He purchased a 2,000 sq. ft. plot worth ₹2 crore at 'Chateau de Alibaug,' a coastal project by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).
Last year, he rented out his 1,912 sq. ft. luxury apartment in Mumbai's Juhu for ₹4.5 lakh per month. The property, jointly owned with his mother, was purchased for ₹17.5 crore and is located in the Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing, according to Square Yards.
