Viewers can unlock three items: the Metal Menace Wrap after 30 minutes, the Tome of Skulls after 60 minutes, and the Skeletal Cyberscythe after 90 minutes of viewing. These items will automatically appear in players' in-game lockers once the viewing milestones are reached.
