Participation in the SPP is voluntary, allowing shareholders to subscribe for up to $30,000 of new shares without incurring brokerage, commission, or transaction costs. The funds raised will be used to complete prerequisites for obtaining a mining license for the Sigatoka Sands Project and to commence mining operations.
