The company plans to deploy its Flash Joule Heating metal recovery systems at these locations. The leasing agreements provide Metallium with a 12-month exclusive right to execute long-term subleases, with options for renewal. The facilities are strategically positioned to access e-waste streams, particularly near the Northern Virginia data center corridor. Metallium aims to leverage these sites to accelerate its recycling operations, supported by state and federal permits.
