The acquisition follows Mega Saver's earlier purchase of three Kum & Go stores in Nebraska. All acquired locations will be rebranded to Mega Saver within the next month or two, according to Kassie Schenck, the company's social media manager. The transition will retain all current employees, and customers can expect the same service with new product selections and low prices. Maverik, which acquired the Kum & Go chain in August 2023, has been rebranding these stores under its own name. Mega Saver currently operates around 40 locations across Nebraska, Iowa, and Florida.
