Construction commenced on August 11, 2025, and is scheduled to conclude by November 27, 2028. The redevelopment will be executed in five phases, allowing the current school blocks to remain operational until their demolition in 2027. The new building will house the school's sixth form and an Independent Learning Centre on the ground floor. The procurement process was managed by the Department for Education, which also serves as the client for the project.
