Belfast Harbour has initiated the search for a contractor to build a £60 million residential tower at City Quays. The project, known as City Quays 4, will feature 256 fully furnished apartments in a 23-storey building, alongside a 12-storey block. The development will include studio and two-bedroom units, constructed with piled substructures and a reinforced concrete frame. The procurement process involves a two-stage design-and-build route, with a pre-construction services agreement lasting nine months. The construction phase is expected to take 24 months, with the contract value estimated between £40 million and £50 million excluding VAT.
