Zephyr Energy has finalized a $7.3 million acquisition of working interests in mature proved developed producing (PDP) assets located in the Rocky Mountain basins. Zephyr has also divested a small package of newly acquired operated wells in North Dakota and Wyoming for $1.5 million to a neighboring private operator. The acquired assets are expected to add approximately 388 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boed) net to Zephyr in the first month of production.
