Egypt's Arab Organisation for Industrialisation (AOI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy, has inaugurated a new production line for high voltage (HV) and ultra-high voltage (UHV) electricity towers. This initiative aims to localize technology and enhance domestic manufacturing capabilities. The facility, equipped with advanced digital manufacturing machinery, has an initial annual production capacity of 15,000 tonnes, with plans to increase to 30,000 tonnes by the end of 2025.
