What's Happening?
The American Soybean Association (ASA) and Corteva Agriscience are inviting Minnesota farmers to apply for the 2025-2026 Young Leader Program. This initiative aims to cultivate leadership skills among soybean farmers by connecting them with industry leaders and providing training opportunities. The program will commence with Phase I from December 1-4, 2025, at Corteva's Global Business Center in Johnston, Iowa, and continue from February 24-27, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas, during the Commodity Classic Convention and Trade Show. The Minnesota Soybean Growers Association (MSGA), a state affiliate of ASA, has been instrumental in developing leaders through this program for over 40 years. Participants will have the chance to become full voting at-large MSGA directors for three years after completing the program. The program is open to soybean growers, both individuals and couples, focusing on leadership, communication, agricultural trends, and networking.
