Her career also includes positions at Manulife, RBC, and Maple Leaf Foods, as well as leadership at Discovery Garden, a digital archiving company. Ledwell is a co-founder of the Women’s Equity Lab in Atlantic Canada and serves on the board of Venture for Canada. PEI BioAlliance, established in 2005, is a non-profit organization that supports the bioscience industry in Prince Edward Island through its Emergence incubator, which has backed over 50 companies generating significant revenue and exports.
