Hard Rock International has partnered with HR Hotel FZ LLC, a joint venture between Malta-based db Group and RAK Hospitality Holding, to develop Hard Rock Hotel & Residences in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The project, located in the Beach District near Al Marjan Island, is expected to open in 2028. It will feature approximately 300 rooms and 395 branded residences, creating around 500 permanent jobs. The development will include diverse dining options, a rooftop bar, conference spaces, event venues, a beach club, swimming pools, and a spa and fitness center. Ras Al Khaimah is known for its strategic business opportunities and sustainable development, offering a mix of investment infrastructure and tourism experiences.
