The redevelopment will occur in two phases, with the first phase including the renovation of a three-story office building on Littleton Road, which will house 42,000 square feet of ground-floor stores and two floors of offices. This phase is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026. The second phase will add another 80,000 square feet in a 'town square' design, with potential tenants including dining, wellness, medical care, childcare, and personal-care businesses. The entire project is anticipated to be completed by late 2027.
