The construction of the hotel has progressed to the interior fit-out phase, following the completion of its structural framework. The Adina Chermside will offer facilities including a conference space, a lobby lounge, a meeting room, a gym, and on-site parking. The hotel will also feature a café/bar and an all-day dining restaurant. The design, developed in collaboration with WMK Architecture, incorporates sustainability measures such as high-performance Low-E double glazing, sun shading, and water-saving initiatives.
