VanWest Partners has opened a new self storage facility in Southeast Denver, featuring over 92,000 rentable square feet and more than 1,100 climate-controlled units. The facility, located in the University Park corridor, is designed with a modern glass façade, Kalwall lighting, and integrated solar power, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency. Despite industry challenges such as reduced residential mobility and softening demand, the lease-up rate at this new facility is surpassing expectations. The project was developed with Waner Construction as the general contractor and Galloway Architecture as the architect and civil engineer, with construction financing provided by Wintrust Financial. ClearHome Self Storage, a subsidiary of VanWest, will manage the facility.
