In Buffalo, New York, Tesla's Gigafactory New York and the Northland Workforce Training Center celebrated the graduation of over 50 participants from their Manufacturing Development Program. The six-week program offers paid training in mechanical, electrical, and soft skills, preparing participants for roles in the industry, particularly at Tesla.
