The research, part of the 2025 Bupa Wellbeing Index, surveyed over 8,000 people and found that a quarter of all age groups experience loneliness at work. The study highlights that more than a fifth of 16 to 24-year-olds report a lack of mental health support in their workplaces, with 45% considering job changes for better social interaction.
