M&L Holdings, led by Mark Lavender, aims to build a multi-disciplined environmental and engineering consultancy business. Lavender, with a background in corporate disinvestment, sees Merebrook as a solid foundation due to its technical reputation and customer service focus. Rob Glavin remains as managing director and a minor shareholder, expressing excitement for Merebrook's future as an independent consultancy.
