The Vicksburg-Warren Chamber of Commerce has initiated a workforce development program in collaboration with Millsaps College Else School of Management. The first class, led by Assistant Professor Gerad Hardy, focused on 'Having Difficult Conversations' and was well-attended. The program will continue with classes scheduled through November, covering various topics such as 'Effective Team Building.' Registration is open to both chamber members and non-members, with fees set at $25 and $35 respectively.
