Minnesota Farmers Encouraged to Join Young Leader Program for Agricultural Leadership Development

What's Happening?

The American Soybean Association and Corteva are inviting Minnesota farmers to apply for the 2025-2026 ASA Corteva Agriscience Young Leader Program. This initiative aims to cultivate leadership skills among soybean farmers by providing training and networking opportunities. The program will commence with Phase I from December 1-4 at Corteva's Global Business Center in Johnston, Iowa, and continue from February 24-27, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas, during the Commodity Classic Convention and Trade Show. The Minnesota Soybean Growers Association (MSGA) has been instrumental in developing leaders through this program, which has been running for over 40 years. Participants will have the chance to become full voting at-large MSGA directors for three years. The program is open to soybean growers, both individuals and couples, and focuses on leadership, communication, and agricultural trends.
