Ulta Beauty has announced the addition of Martin Brok, former CEO of Sephora, and Stephenie Landry, a former Amazon executive, to its board of directors. Brok, who is currently the CEO of MB Capital Advisors and an operating partner at Advent International, served as Sephora's global president and CEO from September 2020 to June 2022. He also holds board positions at Revlon and Oatly. Landry, previously the COO at Honor Technology and VP of Worldwide Grocery at Amazon, brings extensive experience in consumer technology and retail operations. Both Brok and Landry will join Ulta Beauty's audit and compensation committees starting September 1.
