Corteva Inc., an agricultural products and services company, has appointed Jennifer Johnson as its new chief legal officer. Johnson, an experienced agriculture technology executive, will oversee Corteva's global legal function and join the executive leadership team effective September 15. She previously served as general counsel at International Flavors & Fragrances and worked at DuPont supporting the Pioneer business. Johnson holds a Ph.D. in plant biology from UC Berkeley and a JD from the University of Washington. Her appointment is part of Corteva's strategic efforts to strengthen its leadership team following its spin-off from DowDuPont in 2019.
