The Structured Incubated Entrepreneurial Development Programme, supported by the Free State Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, is providing young farmers with essential skills to enhance their agricultural operations. The programme has expanded from 15 to 23 participants, offering benefits such as improved livestock management and access to markets. Participants are exposed to trends in food production, including healthier eating and technological innovations. The initiative is part of a memorandum of understanding with the DaVinci Institute, aiming to drive innovation and job creation in agriculture.
