Cadeler has secured a firm contract with Synera Renewable Energy to transport and install 35 Siemens Gamesa 14MW wind turbines at the Formosa 4 Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan. The project will utilize Cadeler's next-generation M-class wind turbine installation vessels, with operations scheduled to begin in March 2028 and last approximately 150 days. The contract is valued between USD$82-94 million. This agreement is part of a broader strategy by Cadeler to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, supported by its local office in Taipei. The Formosa 4 project is located off the coast of Miaoli County and will contribute 495 MW of clean energy to Taiwan's green energy supply.
